We have not tested it ourselves: strengths and weaknesses below come from the tests cited.
The publisher describes a rail journey across a low-lying country, where 20% of the land is below sea level and the line crosses countless bridges. The box art shows a black steam locomotive pulling green carriages over a brick arch bridge beside a canal, with windmills behind. On the board most routes are Double-Routes, and the publisher places its twist on the double-track bridge crossings: the player who claims the first route pays Bridge Toll Tokens to the bank, and the player who claims the second pays that value to the first claimant.
The publisher lists two to five players, ages eight and up and 30 to 60 minutes. The Asmodee page says the base game is required, and the booklet names the parts: 40 trains per player instead of the usual 45, with matching Scoring Markers, from Ticket to Ride or Ticket to Ride Europe, plus 110 Train Car cards from Ticket to Ride, Ticket to Ride Europe or the USA 1910 expansion. The box lists the map of the Netherlands, Destination Tickets, Bridge Toll Tokens and rules; the booklet counts 44 Destination Tickets, dealt five per player with at least three kept. Each player starts with 30 points of tokens (two 4s, six 2s and ten 1s) and keeps the total secret. A player who cannot pay takes a Loan card, loses 5 points and is disqualified from the end bonus. Leftover tokens score nothing directly but rank players for that bonus: in a five-player game the first four places receive 55, 35, 20 and 10 points. The booklet says six tickets are worth 29 to 34 points. It also offers a version without tokens, and a Neutral Player for two players.

An adult buying for a household that already owns Ticket to Ride or Ticket to Ride Europe and wants a map where a limited stock of tokens, not only cards, shapes route choices. In the author's words on the publisher's page, it adds money to the system for the first time.
Map Collection 6: France + Old West, from the same line, has players lay Track Pieces on track beds before routes can be claimed, and its Old West map supports up to six players.
