Adventzauber im Kellerdorf „Loamgrui“ — regiobahn

regiobahn, based in Ernstbrunn in Lower Austria, runs this ErlebnisZug from Vienna to Ernstbrunn – Leiser Berge. From there a bus takes guests to the "Loamgrui", a protected cellar village with sunken lanes that, according to the operator, shines brightly in Advent.

The operator describes one of the most atmospheric Advent markets of the Weinviertel, away from the crowds, where around 60 historic wine-press houses open their doors with regional crafts, culinary specialities and music. Childcare is available at the market.

The ticket includes the return train journey, a reserved seat and the bus transfer from Ernstbrunn to the Loamgrui. A party wagon rolls with the train, with drinks and small snacks.

The train starts at Wien Meidling and also stops at Wien Hauptbahnhof, Wien Simmering, Wien Stadlau, Wien Leopoldau, Korneuburg and Stetten Fossilienwelt, then runs to Ernstbrunn – Leiser Berge. The bus transfer from Ernstbrunn to the Loamgrui is included. Prices are for the return journey; children under 6 travel free.
