About this event

The Georgia Train, operated by the Florida-Georgia Railway Heritage Museum, runs a family-friendly Halloween ride called Meet the Monsters on the Georgia Coastal Railway from Kingsland Station in Kingsland, Georgia. The operator pitches it as a way for young children to face their fears with a giggle and discover that not all monsters are bad guys.

Guests are asked to wear a costume to blend in with the festive party atmosphere. The train ride lasts about an hour, in open-air passenger cars with first-come, first-served bench seating. Concessions, including cocktails, beer and wine, are sold at the station and can be brought onto the train.
