About this cam

The channel ahav streams this railcam from Kytömaa in Finland. Electrified main-line tracks with signals fill the lower part of the frame, and a board in the corner lists the next trains, such as the IC services to Helsinki and Kajaani.

The operator's description only names the source of the train data shown on screen: Digitraffic (Fintraffic), under the CC 4.0 BY licence, with a link to the juliadata.fi live page for station KYT. Digitraffic's station list gives KYT as Kytömaa, a station that does not take passengers, placed between Ainola and Kerava.

In the frame checked (evening, clock 19:37 local on 30 September 2026), several tracks under overhead wires run in front of a forested ridge, with a red signal left of centre, a grey wall in the lower left and a train board in the lower right. Direction labels in the top corners name Haarajoki and Ainola on the left, Sköldvik and Kerava on the right. The stream only started on 29 September 2026.

What to watch for

Trains on the multi-track main line in front of the forest, which you can check against the on-screen board of the next departures (IC services to Helsinki and Kajaani appear on it). The direction labels in the top corners name the stations on each side.
