Plattling — Railway Station and Yard

DegNet GmbH, an internet provider in Deggendorf, publishes this view titled "Plattling - Bahnhof" on its webcam site, next to cameras in Deggendorf and Straubing. The camera looks from a height over the station's platforms and the wide yard beside them, with overhead line masts, signals and an overhead structure crossing the tracks.

Plattling is a central railway junction in eastern Lower Bavaria. The operator says the stream runs at up to 14 frames per second at a deliberately limited 1280x960 resolution, and is shown with a delay of about 3 to 15 minutes, so it suits general observation rather than exact timing. DegNet does not allow its streams to be embedded on other sites without permission, so Spotatrain links to the camera page only.
