Naha, Okinawa — Yui Rail Monorail at Kumoji

This feed is broadcast by The Asahi Shimbun (朝日新聞) as part of its 朝日新聞LIVE channel of city cameras across Japan. The operator's own description places the camera at the newspaper's Naha Bureau (那覇総局) in the Kumoji district, next to the Okinawa prefectural government building (沖縄県庁) — the same neighbourhood served by the Yui Rail's Kencho-mae Station.

The Yui Rail (ゆいレール), officially the Okinawa Toshi Monorail (沖縄都市モノレール), is Japan's westernmost and southernmost rail transit line. From this rooftop vantage the elevated guideway is visible crossing the street below, with the streets leading toward Kokusai-dōri, Naha's main shopping avenue, also in view.

The stream has been broadcasting with almost no interruption since September 2022 — one of the longest-running feeds in this collection — though the operator's own description notes it may pause briefly for equipment maintenance or line issues.
