Run by the community broadcaster Radio171 (NPO高槻ブロードキャスト, NPO Takatsuki Broadcast), this 4K camera looks out from Takatsuki, an Osaka suburb between Kyoto and Osaka, over three parallel railways: the JR Kyoto Line (Tokaido Main Line) closest to the camera, the Hankyu Railway's Kyoto Line in the middle distance, and the Tokaido Shinkansen further back. JR West's Takatsuki rolling-stock depot (高槻電車区) is visible at the upper left of the frame.

Because YouTube does not keep an archive of live streams longer than 12 hours, the operator restarts the feed under a new URL whenever the concurrent viewer count drops to three or fewer — so this is one instalment in an ongoing series rather than a single continuous recording. Radio171 also posts to social media as NPO Takatsuki Broadcast.
