HazCams is the public face of WXLOGIC, a commercial camera-network vendor that sells early-warning and disaster-preparedness installations and then publishes their feeds. The company describes the service in its own words as a place to "Explore live video feeds and real-time data from weather stations worldwide", and the Wiggins page follows that template exactly: a live HD video panel, a radar module, and a weather-data control set to a twelve-hour interval by default. The local sponsor named on the page is the Stone County, Mississippi Emergency Management Agency.

The feed itself is a genuine continuous stream rather than a still refreshed on a timer — the page instruments it with buffer, position, bandwidth and latency counters, and on 19 August 2026 it reported a current viewer and a timestamp updating in real time. Viewing costs nothing and requires no account.

What the operator does not say is where the camera stands or what it looks at. No coordinates, no address and no map link appear on the station page, and no railroad, crossing or train is mentioned anywhere on it. Wiggins does sit on a working freight line — the former Gulf & Ship Island route from Gulfport to Hattiesburg, completed on 1 January 1897, passed to the Illinois Central, sold to MidSouth Rail in 1986, bought by Kansas City Southern in 1994 and operated since 14 April 2023 by Canadian Pacific Kansas City — but nothing published by WXLOGIC connects this camera to that line.
