About this event

The Fright Express is the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways' Halloween steam train experience, where nightmares come to life, as the operator puts it. It is an evening trip from Caernarfon to Dinas and back, about an hour on the train, followed by about an hour of entertainment in Caernarfon Station for those who survive the journey.

Wearing a Halloween costume is welcome but not mandatory. A toilet is available on board and there are no refreshments on the train, although passengers can buy ghoulish snacks to take on board from Cafe De Winton.
