Yokkaichi, Mie — Kuramachi Level Crossing on the JR Kansai Main Line

The channel describes the stream only as a fixed-point live camera in Kuramachi, Yokkaichi, offered to check local traffic, weather and the look of the town. The channel says the picture is deliberately streamed at reduced resolution for privacy, and that the stream can pause for a few hours after a system or network problem.

What the frame shows is a level crossing with yellow-and-black posts, lit signals and several rails across the tarmac, with road traffic waiting at the barriers and a row of houses beyond. The railway here is the JR Kansai Main Line, which runs past Yokkaichi station a few hundred metres away, alongside a freight siding.
