Amsterdam Centraal C11 Camera 2 — Platform Renewal Works

Amsterdam Centraal is being renewed by several contractors on behalf of ProRail for the growing flow of travellers. Strukton widens and lengthens the platforms, adapts the stairways and builds a wider East Tunnel with shops; a bicycle store for 8,800 bikes is also planned, and the station stays in use throughout the works.

This is camera 2 of the Strukton "PACS C11" worksite. The frame shows a track beside a platform under renovation, with yellow works wagons and an excavator, site hoardings and the station canopy and departure boards behind. It is a temporary construction camera, and ProRail states that the stream is delayed by one hour.
