Amsterdam — Platform Renewal, Camera C11

Amsterdam Centraal is being rebuilt to handle its growing passenger numbers. Contractor Strukton, working for ProRail, is widening and lengthening the platforms, adapting the stairways and access points, and building a wider East Tunnel ("Oosttunnel") lined with shops, plus underground parking for 8,800 bicycles. The station remains fully operational throughout.

Camera C11 looks down the train shed from above platform level, over active construction material (steel platform-edge sections, cable reels) stacked beside the running tracks. ProRail notes the stream carries roughly a one-hour delay from the live site.
