Seropédica, Rio de Janeiro — Km 48

This camera watches Km 48 — the only location marker its operator, a Rio de Janeiro enthusiast channel called Mr. Hitachi (@mr.hitachi756), publishes for this feed. The milepost places it in the Seropédica area of the Baixada Fluminense, on a freight line whose railway company is not named in the camera's own description.

A frame captured in September 2026 showed a single ballasted track running through a cutting lined with dense vegetation, with a building and a parked car visible in the middle distance — open track, with no catenary and no station platform in view.

The same channel streams several other trackside cameras across Rio de Janeiro state under the same minimal format — a bare Km marker and nothing more — and its live feeds have moved between locations without notice, so this record's position is a placed estimate rather than a confirmed one.
