LIVE DOKU TV streams the replacement of the railway overpass at Felix-Wankel-Straße in Neckarsulm: a new structure about 25 m long, 12 m wide and weighing 1,555 tonnes is slid in place of the old one. The line between Neckarsulm and Bad Friedrichshall is fully interrupted in the works area.
Since spring 2026 the new railway overpass has been built beside the tracks. Between 25 September and 10 October the existing structure is demolished and the new one is slid in. The operator lists the services affected: AVG Stadtbahn lines S41 and S42, DB Regio RE 10a/b, MEX 12 and MEX 18, and Arverio RE 8.
The night frame shows a mobile crane, the concrete bridge deck at ground level and overhead-line masts and wire either side; no train can be seen because the line is closed. This is a temporary event stream: the operator states 24-hour coverage of the demolition, the slide-in and the reopening of the rail link.
