Tokyo, Adachi — Gotanno Station

This live camera looks out from the window of the Gotanno Studio, home of Adachi Kumin Hōsō (足立区民放送 / A-Cas), a community radio and video station in Adachi, Tokyo. The operator's own video description states the studio sits directly in front of Gotanno Station ("足立区民放送「五反野スタジオ」の目の前にある五反野駅のライブカメラ"), and the feed shows the station's platforms, the overhead catenary gantry, and the surrounding rooftops of the neighbourhood.

The operator notes the stream can stop unexpectedly: "※音楽著作権侵害の誤検出のため、ストリームが停止していることがあります" (the stream is sometimes halted because of false positives from automated music-copyright detection) — since the feed's audio switches to the station's own program sound during live broadcasts from the studio. Viewers can even request songs to be played on air through the station's own request page.
