The operator streams this fixed camera ("定点カメラ," normally silent, occasionally with sound) from a vantage over JR East's Oku Rolling Stock Center at 〒114-0016 Tokyo, Kita-ku, Kaminakazato 2-45. Inside the center, the description names Shiki-shima (the luxury cruise train), E231 and E233 commuter EMUs, Jōban Line stock, the "Kiya" inspection car, the "Nagomi" excursion train and DE10 diesel shunters.

In the foreground run the Utsunomiya and Takasaki Lines; further back sit the Tōhoku Shinkansen corridor, the Keihin-Tōhoku Line, the Shōnan-Shinjuku Line, through Tōbu Line services (the Nikkō/Kinugawa "Spacia" limited expresses) and a freight line.
