This fixed camera, run under the channel name Sagami River Live Camera, looks across the Odakyu Odawara Line's Sagami River Bridge in central Kanagawa Prefecture. The operator states the fixed-point position sits on the Honatsugi Station side of the bridge, between Atsugi and Honatsugi Stations, on the line that runs from Shinjuku to Odawara.

The operator's own orientation notes place Atsugi Station to the left of frame, across the bridge, and Honatsugi Station off-frame to the right. The crane visible left-of-center marks where the Odakyu bridge and the Ken-O Expressway overpass cross, at the Atsugi Station end; the large building under construction in the far right background is the Ken-O Expressway's Ebina interchange.

The operator suggests checking the Odakyu app's Romancecar tab for Honatsugi Station's timetable and adding roughly 60 to 90 seconds to estimate when a Romancecar limited express will cross the bridge.
