Shichirigahama — Enoden Crossing on the Shonan Coast

This rooftop camera looks out from The Noon Shichirigahama Studio, a beachfront rental space and vintage-furniture showroom at Shichirigahama 1-chome in Kamakura. The channel that streams it, Shonan Livecam (湘南ライブカメラ, @shonan-livecam), runs several such cameras across the region rather than just this one, and names this particular feed "Enoden live camera, Shichirigahama crossing, Yukiaigawa" (江ノ電ライブカメラ 七里ヶ浜踏切 行合川) -- placing it at the level crossing where the Enoshima Electric Railway (Enoden) meets a road near the Yukiai River, with the Shonan coastline toward Kamakura Kōkō-mae and Koshigoe also in frame.

Shonan Livecam runs its cameras on consumer security equipment -- an H.View HV-800G2 fixed camera and an HV-PTZ510A PTZ model, by the channel's own equipment list -- rather than broadcast-grade gear, and actively solicits new rooftops and storefronts across the Shonan area willing to host a camera.
