Nippon Television's own railway-fan channel, 日テレ鉄道部 (NTV Railway Division), runs this sky-camera view of Tokyo Station around the clock. In the broadcaster's own words, it is "a real-time livestream to check conditions at Tokyo Station" (リアルタイムで東京駅の状況を確認できるライブ配信です), and the video's title frames it as "a room for chatting about railways while watching the 天カメ (sky cam)."

The operator warns that the picture can be disrupted by line conditions, that the night-time view can be hard to make out, and that the feed may cut out for equipment issues or to carry urgent traffic news. The channel's own hashtags name Shinkansen, express, rapid and local JR trains together with tracks, platforms, gates and lines in general, without singling out one specific service.

NTV Railway Division also runs its own account on X (@ntv_tetsudobu) and cross-promotes Nippon TV's own rolling news stream, but the operator publishes no address or map link for the camera itself. Third-party webcam directories place it at the Tokyo International Forum, looking southwest over the station — a claim the broadcaster's own page neither states nor confirms.
