The channel describes the view as the Sanyo Shinkansen in front and the JR Kyushu conventional line behind, from the Kokura side of Hakata Station; trains running left to right are up trains, and the right side of the screen is the Tokyo (north) direction. The operator says it streams close-up footage when Doctor Yellow runs, and runs a separate sub-channel for reading trainset numbers, listed here as Cam 2.

The operator publishes timetables for the special trainsets expected that day, warns that the overlay images and train-position display can stop and that the stream can end suddenly, and restarts the stream twice a day, at about 07:10 and 19:10, which gives each half-day a new video address. The frame shows a Series 500 Hello Kitty Shinkansen at a track with the conventional line behind.
