This is camera number two of the Hakodate City Live Camera channel's multi-camera setup in front of JR Hakodate Station, Hokkaido. It shows the station-front plaza and street where Hakodate's municipal tram tracks curve through a road junction, and its viewing angle changes automatically about every 20 seconds. The operator states it runs 24 hours a day.
JR Hakodate Station, at the southern tip of Hokkaido, is the gateway to Hakodate City and its historic port and mountain night-view district. Hakodate Municipal Transit's tram network stops immediately in front of the station at the Hakodate-Ekimae stop, where tracks curve through the road junction outside the station building.
