The camera looks out over JR Hokkaido’s Naebo Works (苗穂工場) and the adjoining Naebo operations depot, on the northeast side of Naebo Station where the Hakodate Main Line and Chitose Line converge, in Sapporo’s Higashi Ward.
A twin camera on the same rooftop, aimed the other way toward the running lines rather than the works building, is qualified separately on Spotatrain as “JR Naebo Mainline”.
