Tobetsu, Hokkaido — Shirakaba Park and the Station Tracks

The channel is the official YouTube channel of the town of Tobetsu, which also streams a camera at the West Tobetsu community centre. The stream has no description; its title is simply Shirakaba Park live camera.

In the frame, a curved road and a flower bed separate the park from the station forecourt, and the tracks run along the station's platform behind the bicycle racks, with hills and apartment blocks behind. The railway here is JR Hokkaido's line through Tobetsu, the Sasshō Line (Gakuentoshi Line).
