Hamamatsu, Shizuoka — Shinkansen South Exit

This camera is operated by the Sen'en–Nanshin Live Network Promotion Organization (一般社団法人三遠南信ライブネットワーク推進機構), a nonprofit that runs a small network of public webcams across the greater Hamamatsu area. The feed is hosted on the roof of the Daiichi Itō Building (第一伊藤ビル), a short walk from Hamamatsu Station's south exit — known locally as the Shinkansen entrance (新幹線口).

The operator's own description states the camera broadcasts around the clock ("24時間ライブ配信") and shows the Tokaido Shinkansen passing through Hamamatsu Station, along with the traffic at the station's pick-up and drop-off lanes below. Hamamatsu is a regular stop on JR Central's Tokaido Shinkansen, the high-speed line between Tokyo and Shin-Osaka.
