A community-run camera at the Leeland Street crossing near Cullen in Houston's East End, the sister installation to the Eastwood Civic Association's Harrisburg Boulevard camera.
This camera watches the Leeland Street grade crossing at Cullen (FRA crossing 288224V) on Union Pacific's Houston West Belt Subdivision, a short walk from its sister camera at Eastwood and Harrisburg Boulevard.
Like that camera, it was installed by the Eastwood Civic Association, a neighborhood organization in Houston's East End, so that residents, cyclists and METRO riders can check whether a stopped train is blocking the crossing before heading out. The association links the FRA's Blocked Crossing reporting portal directly from the stream's description.
