Houston, Texas — Tower 26, PTZ Camera

Tower 26 is a historic railroad interlocking near downtown Houston where multiple Union Pacific lines cross, including the Houston Subdivision and the Houston West Belt Subdivision. The tower structure itself was demolished in 2001, but the diamond and grade crossing remain a well-known railfan vantage point, a short distance from Houston's Amtrak station. This camera is LIVE Trains' pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) unit at the site, distinct from the operator's fixed "Tower 26 East" camera already on Spotatrain (olt-houston-tower-26). At qualification on 2026-09-20, the view showed a grade crossing with "2 TRACKS" crossbuck signage in the foreground, two mainline tracks curving toward signal masts, and the downtown Houston skyline in the background.
