The installation is hosted by the Gibson County Visitors and Tourism Bureau at 702 W Broadway St, at the town's preserved depot. There are two fixed views: a north-facing view (members only) and a south-facing view with chat. According to the operator, the feed showcases freight on both lines — manifest, intermodal and local trains. Less than a mile south, the NS line crosses the CSX at a diamond and swings east toward Louisville.
