Polar Express Train Rides 2026

34 listings, by state & province

THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride is a licensed holiday event staged by individual railroads, each on its own line and with its own schedule. This page lists every licensed ride we track, grouped by state and province, with the dates we checked on the operator’s official site.

Spotatrain is an independent guide: we cite the event name as a fact and link to the railroad that runs it. We do not use the brand’s artwork, and we are not affiliated with its owners or licensors.

Frequently asked questions

Is every Polar Express ride the same?▾
The story theme is shared, but each railroad sets its own route, departure times, prices and on-board details. The event page for each ride describes that operator’s version and links to its official page.
Where do I buy tickets?▾
Always on the operator’s own website or the ticketing page it links to. Spotatrain does not sell tickets: the “Book on the official site” button on each event page takes you straight to the source.
How do you check the dates?▾
Every date on Spotatrain is read on the operator’s official website or its official ticketing page, and each event page says when we last checked it. Railroads do change schedules, so confirm on the official site before you travel — and if a date looks wrong, use the “These dates look wrong” button on the event page.
