Granada Apartments Blackpool hosts this camera from its Berkeley holiday apartments at 6 Queens Promenade, on the North Shore stretch of Blackpool's seafront. The reserved tramway track and its overhead wire poles run along the promenade between the road and the sea wall, part of the Blackpool Tramway that Blackpool Transport operates along the coast from Starr Gate to Fleetwood.

This section of the route is one of the stretches where the tram runs on its own paved or ballasted right-of-way alongside the road rather than in mixed traffic, which is why the twin rails and pole line are so clearly separated from the carriageway in the frame.
