East Grinstead, West Sussex — Viaduct North

Railcam UK operates this camera at East Grinstead, the Bluebell Railway's northern terminus in West Sussex. The operator's own caption reads: "Main Line Junction – view looking south west towards the junction with the national rail network and the northern end of the viaduct beyond."

East Grinstead is the only point where the heritage Bluebell Railway physically connects to Network Rail's national network, a link restored in March 2013 when the line reopened across the 700-foot, ten-arch Imberhorne Viaduct after more than 55 years of closure.

This camera sits alongside two sibling Railcam UK cameras at the same station — the run-around headshunt to the north and the platform to the south — giving three angles on East Grinstead's short but historically significant reconnection to the main line.
